Youth Safety Form

The safety of our Boys Town youth is our top priority. We want to ensure you are able to report any concerns, as well as educate yourself with every Boys Town resource we have available. Youth Protection & Safety Audit is an independent department that will address any concerns you have. The Youth Safety Form below can be completed and will come directly to that department. If you have an emergency, or feel that you are in danger, please call 911 and inform the nearest staff member. You will also find information below regarding appropriate boundaries, youth rights, and reporting.

Upon completing the Youth Safety Form, someone will follow up with you within 24 hours.
